Smiles Through Cars is dedicated to bringing joy and unforgettable experiences to children facing difficult circumstances. Our organization has proudly visited hospitals and communities across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Boston, Florida, Nevada, California, and many other states, spreading happiness wherever we go.
Through our deep partnerships with police departments, fire departments, U.S. Border Customs Patrol, the Sanitation Department, the U.S. Army, the Marines, and numerous other agencies, we create moments of excitement and inspiration for children who need it most. These collaborations allow us to provide unique opportunities, from superhero visits to thrilling police and fire department experiences, making a lasting impact on young lives.
By the end of 2025, Smiles Through Cars will have reached and helped over 200,000 children, proving that a small act of kindness can transform a child’s world.
